The Employability Skills Portal has been established with the aim to provide reliable and meaningful information on the Bahraini labour market, to help young people, parents, training providers and, most critically, employers to better understand the capabilities of the labour market and help bridge the gap of skills, thus increasing employment opportunities.

How we work

Tamkeen’s Employability Skills Portal is being developed as a hub for the assessment of the supply and demand for skills in Bahrain’s labour marke

Through objective analysis of the labour market developments, challenges and opportunities, the Portal provides information and guidance to policy makers, employers, jobseekers, education institutions, students and their families alike to support decision-making at all levels. In order to do so, secondary information from multiple sources is gathered to fulfill the skills gaps data.
